As an integrative counsellor, I recognise that everyone's journey is unique. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling, which is why I draw on different therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs and experiences.

My approach

My approach is centred on empathy, respect, honesty and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

Together, we can explore what may be troubling you, gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, identify unhelpful patterns and discover new ways of coping and moving forward.

My qualifications & counselling experience

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

I also have over 15 years of experience in pre-marital education and relationship support, which has strengthened my understanding of relationships, communication and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside my counselling, I am the author of Becoming Whole Before Becoming One, reflecting my passion for personal growth, self-awareness and healthy relationships.

If you feel ready to talk, I warmly invite you to get in touch. Together, we can begin your journey towards greater understanding, emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Bisi Gbadebo

MNCPS

I am a trauma-informed integrative counsellor committed to providing a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling (Level 4), am a registered member of NCPS, and have over twenty years’ experience working with the NHS.

I work with adults aged 18 and over who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, the emotional impact of abuse, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, work-related issues, identity concerns, and significant life transitions. As an integrative counsellor, I recognise that everyone is unique and that no single therapeutic approach suits everyone. I therefore tailor our work to your individual needs, circumstances, and therapeutic goals.
